Programs MBA Latin American Leadership

The specialization program allows less experienced management students to focus their studies on specific objectives and to increase their knowledge in areas of particular interest.

Students develop the team's work skills to face challenging opportunities and situations in their communities. The purpose of this program is that students focus their studies on a particular field, according to their needs: Sustainability, Marketing, Operations & Technology, Finance and Economy or Entrepreneurship.

In addition, it offers students the opportunity to make regional exchanges to learn about the reality of other regions, expanding their vision of the world and in many cases creating global contacts.

MBA Leadership is a program for a world-class MBA degree. It is mainly taught in English with several English language selections. It has a duration of 16 months; on the Costa Rican campus and a Project Management Consultancy.

The first part focuses on facilitating the development of managerial skills as well as knowledge in functional areas of administration.

In the second semester, students can take elective courses to selected specialty (Sustainability, Marketing, Operations & Technology, Finance & Economics or Entrepreneurship). Entrepreneurship trainee courses will be selected by program directors according to the specific needs of each student.

The Project (MCP) is a fundamental requirement of the program. It deals with an important strategic issue that an organization's management wants to resolve and develop in any country, the United States or Europe. MCP is considered as one of the most enriching experiences of the program and becomes a valuable networking opportunity between students and potential employers.
